Breanne McCormick

“Sound heals in the sacred spaces where medicine cannot go.”

Meet Breanne—though her friends and family call her Bre. She’s a true nature lover, deeply in tune with the earth. Often, you’ll spot her wandering through the forest barefoot, feeling every inch of the ground beneath her. From a young age, Bre has had a remarkable bond with animals, recognizing early on that her connection with them was something truly special.

These days, Bre works closely with horses, believing they have a unique gift for revealing one’s energetic state. Through her time with them, she’s learned to slow down even more, a lesson that’s deeply enriched her own healing journey.

In her late teenage years, Bre was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, which sparked a personal quest for natural healing methods. This pursuit led her to explore holistic nutrition, where she discovered the power of using food to heal from within.

A recent car accident uncovered a dysregulated nervous system; seeking to address this, she explored various alternative healing methods instead of conventional Western treatments. This exploration led her to discover the remarkable effects of sound baths. Inspired by the power of sound healing, Breanne decided to learn the practice and share its benefits with others.

Similar to her experience with sound baths, Breanne found the benefits of craniosacral therapy and realized it to be quite valuable. Motivated by her personal experiences, she decided to deepen her understanding and skill set by completing CST Level 1: Foundations through Visionary Craniosacral Healing in Vancouver.

With this new training, Breanne aims to enhance her practice, integrating craniosacral therapy alongside her other techniques. Just as sound baths have enriched her approach, craniosacral therapy adds another layer of gentle, restorative care to support her clients’ well-being.

When Breanne isn’t focused on her own personal growth, or guiding others as they explore their “inner moments,” she is at her happiest with her husband, Liam, and their dog, Abigail. The trio’s favourite activities include camping under the stars, hanging out in the creek and exploring the farmer’s market. A passionate foodie, Breanne regularly finds time to slow down to make sourdough bread and other baked goods; she also sets out to forage for mushrooms and berries, turning each adventure into a delightful culinary experience.
